Venture Capital:  Sophisticated, venture capital investors are required.

Technology:  You must have compelling technology and market plan.

Management:  Experienced management is preferred.

The equipment finance line allows equipment deliveries over a period of about one year.

The base terms range from 36 to 42 months.

The line can be structured as either a lease or a loan, with a minimum size of $500,000.  Our average line is $2-5 million and there is no maximum size.

A balloon payment at the end of the term can be included to lower the monthly payments.

Reimbursement, at cost, can be made for used equipment acquired within a specified period of time.

Draw downs will occur via equipment schedules once a master agreement is put into place.
